One-of-a-kind occupational therapy services for neurodivergent teenagers and adults.

Your evaluation will be…

  • Personalized

We begin all individual, couple, and family services with a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation. During the evaluation, we will investigate and analyze your daily routines, roles, interests, values, support systems, and personal goals. Based on your specific situation, we will conduct specific assessments to determine how your neurodivergence, environment, and their intersection are affecting your participation in daily life activities and overall mental health.

  • Neurodiversity Affirming

Evaluations will follow a strengths-based approach. All written reports will use neurodiversity-affirming language. Our philosophy is that neurodivergence can impact daily life participation both positively and sometimes negatively, depending on the person-environment fit. The goal of this evaluation process is not to highlight “deficiencies” or “deficits” but to foster self-awareness and enable you to build a life that supports your optimal health and well-being.

  • Collaborative

We believe that the process of therapy should involve collaboration between the therapist and the individual. Rather than instructing or coaching, we aim to work together to identify effective strategies that can help neurodivergent individuals thrive in a world that often isn’t designed to meet their needs.

Seeking support is part of being human.

    Individual Support

Individual mental health occupational therapy (OT). Sessions are unique to each individual and may include strategies for building awareness of one’s unique sensory profile, utilizing neurodivergent strengths, and learning special skills and techniques for things like time management, life balance, and managing emotions.

    Couple Support

Occupational therapy sessions to strengthen relationships. Neurodivergence impacts relationships in many ways. Work with a skilled OT to identify and celebrate the strengths and navigate the challenges by building awareness & understanding through education and skill building.
